What are Web Statistics?
Web statistics (webstats) measure the usage of your webhosting account. It shows information such as the number of visitors to your website, where they came from, and what webpages are the most popular.
How do I see my webstats?
Webstats are not enabled unless we are requested to do so, because by default they are viewable by everyone. You may use User Authentication to password protect your webstats once it is set up.
Once set up, webstats can be viewed by going to:
http://www.yourdomain.com/webstats/
The webstats are usually generated once every 24 hours, or once every 48 hours if you have a very big/popular website.
We use Webalizer, one of the best log file analysers, to generate your webstats.
What about additional third-party webstats?
We fully support third-party webstats, such as those from IndexTools.com . These companies may offer a different view of webstats than the ones we produce, and may include other features such as live tracking or affiliate tracking. Please refer to the webstat company for technical support questions regarding their service.
